Madison Retail Group leads the region in retail leasing

Washington, D.C. – Locally based Madison Retail Group (MRG) continues to lead the Washington metropolitan area in retail leasing. Since the first of the year, the company has completed 61 transactions representing nearly half a million sq. ft. of new retail space. MRG represents national tenants in the Baltimore Washington market including Ann Taylor, Pottery Barn, Panera Bread and Williams Sonoma, all of which are expanding in this region.
