EDITOR'S LETTER

Oct 1, 2001 12:00 PM, Elise Vachon

September 11, 2001, a day that has changed us, our lives and our world forever.

The shocking and horrifying deeds in New York and Washington D.C. filled me with sorrow.

To the families, neighbors, business associates and fellow Americans who have been deeply affected by the atrocity of today's action, I express my deepest sympathy.

These cruel acts, perpetrated by fiends, put our fragile and precious lives into perspective. It is an abrupt reminder not to sweat the small stuff and to take the time to be kind and loving to family and friends.

Our prayers and support go out to all of you from the editors and staff at Shopping Center World.
