Madison Marquette Realty Services L. Craig Estrem has been promoted to chief operating officer of Minneapolis-based Madison Marquette Realty Services. He will oversee and manage budget planning, human resources, information management, asset management, legal compliance and financial operations for the company. Estrem most recently served as vice president of retail services.

Trammell Crow Co. Gregory W. Kessel has joined Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co. as senior vice president, retail services. Joining the company from Miami-based Agora Development, Kessel will oversee Trammell Crow's retail product line in South Florida, including its build-to-suit development and general program.

In addition, David Marks has been promoted to senior vice president of retail. His new responsibilities will be to focus on new development and redevelopment opportunities for the north and central Florida markets. Marks has been with Trammell Crow and its predecessors for more than eight years. Most recently, he served as vice president, specializing in retail and mixed-use development opportunities.

The Limited Inc. Mark Giresi has been appointed vice president of store operations for The Limited Inc., Columbus, Ohio. In this newly created position, he will coordinate and direct issues throughout the store organizations, including communications, planning, point-of-sale operations, and selling policies and procedures. Giresi most recently worked at Burger King Corp. as senior vice president of U.S. franchise operations and development.

Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits Atlanta-based Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits has hired J.A. Archer as vice president, development services. In her new role, Archer will oversee real estate, architecture & engineering, facilities and construction management for the three brands in the Popeyes portfolio: Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits, Cajun Kitchen and Popeyes Cajun Cafe. She most recently served as vice president of franchise development for the Express Oil Change franchise based in Birmingham, Ala.

Woodmont Property Management Co. AMO Stephannie D. Mower recently was named president and chief operating officer of Woodmont Property Management Co. AMO, Fort Worth, Texas. She will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and national development of the company. Prior to joining Woodmont, Mower was vice president with Insignia Financial Group Inc.

FRCH Design Worldwide Jan Tribbey has been appointed vice president, account executive in the Cincinnati office of FRCH Design Worldwide. Prior to joining FRCH, Tribbey was a project manager with Pavlik Design Team, a Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based store planning and design firm. In addition, Karen Pelletier has been appointed as a director in the Cincinnati office's retail environments studio. She rejoins FRCH after three years with Michael Schuster Associates, a Cincinnati-based architectural firm.
