JEMB Realty Anthony Lifrieri has joined the property management division of New York-based JEMB Realty as executive vice president of operations and development. Lifrieri, formerly managing director of operations for Insignia/ESG, will oversee capital improvements for JEMB's current upgrade and repositioning projects.

Cousins Properties Inc. Thomas D. Lenny has joined Atlanta-based developer Cousins Properties Inc. as senior vice president for the western region. Lenny, whose experience includes a term as president of his own commercial brokerage and development firm, will be responsible for the Cousins' market and site identification and procurement in California. He will be based at the company's regional office in Newport Beach, Calif.

Also at the company, Kevin B. Polston will serve as senior leasing director for Cousins' retail division. He will be in charge of leasing strategies for specialty center projects branded as "The Avenue."

Catellus Development Corp. Allen Ginsborg has joined Lakewood, Colo.-based Catellus Development Corp. as senior vice president of retail. In his new role, the former CB Richard Ellis broker will be involved with Catellus Commercial Group, Catellus Mixed Use Group and Catellus Residential Group. Ginsborg is a former owner and developer of shopping centers in Southern California and Colorado.

MBK Construction Ltd. Frank B. Moson has been promoted to senior vice president at MBK Construction Ltd., a division of MBK Real Estate Ltd. in Irvine, Calif. Moson's responsibilities include overseeing the expansion and diversification of the firm's construction management, program management and general contracting accounts.

Crescent Resources Michael Wiggins has joined Charlotte-based real estate and land management firm Crescent Resources as vice president of retail development. Wiggins' mission is to help Crescent distinguish itself in the retail sector by creating shopping centers that cater to both traditional shoppers and computer-savvy, online shoppers.

Perkowitz + Ruth Architects Alan Pullman has been promoted to associate with Long Beach, Calif.-based Perkowitz + Ruth Architects. In his former position as design director, Pullman contributed to the firm's growing portfolio of urban design projects, including the downtown master plan for the city of San Fernando, Calif.

H&R Retail David A. Ward has been promoted to president of Washington, D.C.-based brokerage firm H&R Retail. Ward, whose clients include Target, Metro Foods/Shoppers Food Warehouse, A.C. Moore and Lowe's, has been with the firm since 1987, when he started as a retail leasing and sales associate.
