CB Richard Ellis Michael W. Moser has been promoted to senior vice president with Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis Retail Services. Since joining the company in 1987, Moser has closed more than 600 transactions and negotiated the sale or lease of more than 4 million sq. ft. of retail space, an aggregate consideration of more than $375 million.
RTKL Robert A. McIntire has joined RTKL Associates Inc. as vice president and general counsel. McIntire has 20 years' experience representing international architectural and engineering firms. Prior to joining RTKL, he was a partner and principal with Baltimore-based law firm Dabeker, McIntire, Davis, Schumm, Prince & Goldstein, P.C.
Commercial Net Lease Realty Cynthia C. Shelton, vice president of corporate accounts for Orlando, Fla.-based Commercial Net Lease Realty Inc., has been elected first vice president of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. She will serve as president of the organization in 2002.
Woodmont Property Management Clint Montgomery recently joined Fort Worth, Texas-based Woodmont as vice president. His responsibilities include assisting in day-to-day operations and overseeing property management. Montgomery obtained his real estate license at age 18 while a senior in high school. Prior to joining Woodmont, Montgomery was a senior real estate manager in the Dallas market for Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis.
Insignia/ESG Inc. Gary Trock has joined New-York based real estate service provider Insignia/ESG as director of the retail group. Trock previously served as tenant representative for Garrick-Aug, where he arranged transactions for Sports Authority, CVS Pharmacy and Old Navy.
TVS Atlanta-based architecture and design firm Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback & Associates Inc. has promoted Maria Bonau Barker, Don Benz, Karen Choate, Teresa Edmisten, Liz Nieswander, Jay Thomson and Nick Wolfcale to associate principal. In addition, the firm has promoted Mike Azumi, Virginia Gaeblein, Bill Garcia, Kevin Gordon, Peter Green, Mac Hicks and Chris Johnson to the position of senior associate.
Colliers L & A Mark R. Isdaner has been promoted to vice president of the New Jersey division of Philadelphia-based real estate firm Colliers Lanard & Axilbund.
