Neil Fiske is the new CEO of Limited Brands' Bath & Body Works. Fiske, along with new President Ken Stevens, replaces retiring president and CEO Beth Pritchard. Fiske will focus on product development and seasonal and category planning processes. Fiske previously worked for The Boston Consulting Group, where he handled brand leadership for Victoria's Secret, Express and Bath & Body Works.

The ICSC Board of Trustees nominated Kathleen Nelson, managing director/group leader for the mortgage and real estate division of Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association-College Retirement Equities Fund, as chairperson for the 2003-2004 term. She assumes leadership at the 2003 Spring Convention. Nelson, a 20-year member, had been treasurer.

Terry McColllum of McCollum Realty Ltd. will serve as the president of the Chicago Association of Shopping Center Owners (CASCO) for the next two years. CASCO also elected Bill Ruttenberg of Atlas Partners as its new vice president and added Jan Koe of Method K Partners and Jim Persino of First Development Corp. to its board of directors.

Ken Hira joined Upland, Calif.-based Lewis Retail Centers as senior director of development. Hira, previously with GMS Realty, will oversee selection and development of neighborhood center sites.

Dallas-based The Staubach Co. promoted Elysia Ragusa (left) to president and COO. A 14-year veteran of the company, Ragusa was president of the real estate services division.

Chicago-based Trizec Properties promoted Michael Escalante to executive vice president, portfolio management & capital transactions. Escalante previously served as the REIT's senior West Coast executive. His promotion comes on the heels of the departure of Lee Wagman, Trizec's former top retail executive.

CB Richard Ellis has announced that Senior Vice President of Retail Services Richard Rizika (right) was the top sales producer in the company's western region last year. To date, Rizika has advised clients in more than 970 transactions with consideration in excess of $1 billion. Another billion-dollar man is Whitney Knoll (below), head of Trammell Crow's investment sales group in Atlanta. Knoll has handled more than 100 properties since 1991. And Chris Rea of Marcus & Milichap's Atlanta office was named his firm's top retail agent for 2002. Rea, a senior associate, facilitated nearly $300 million in transactions last year.
