Our Retail group provides investors in retail real estate the full spectrum of property management services necessary to increase the value of their assets. Retail services include leasing, development and construction management, tenant coordination, property management, marketing, financing, research and consulting. We are currently looking for a Director of Real Estate to join our Retail team in Atlanta. This individual will expand the quality and quantity of relationships with top priority retailers, provide superior client service, and create incremental transaction and development revenues for the business unit. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of regional mall experience, and strong relationships with major retailers and department stores. This individual will also have asset management experience, and outstanding leadership and management skills.
