The Limited names new director of store operations

Columbus, Ohio – Locally based The Limited Inc. and Intimate Brands Inc. appointed Chris Chapin as director, store operations.
Chapin will be responsible for driving sales through improved store operations for each of the brands. He will focus on labor management systems and working with the brands and Limited Logistics Services on improving the flow of merchandise to stores. Chapin previously served as senior director of operations at Retail DNA.
