Madison Marquette acquired 770 M Street, a 100,000-sq.-ft. retail/residential building in Washington, D.C.

Thalhimer hired Loretta L. Cataldi as a commercial sales and leasing associate in its Richmond, Va., office. Cataldi has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Thalhimer, she worked at Silver Companies.

The Kislak Co., Inc. negotiated the sale of Ironstone Village Shopping Center, a 50,000-sq.-ft. retail building in Medford, N.J., for $7.6 million. Don Baxter, of the Kislak Co., represented both parties in the transaction.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. secured a $67 million loan for Cabin John Shopping Center and Cabin John Mall, two properties totaling 157,000 sq. ft. of retail space in Potomac, Md. Mark Remington negotiated this transaction.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. secured a $22 million loan for Rock Creek Village, a 103,280-sq.-ft. grocery-anchored shopping center in Rockville, Md. The loan featured a 6.5 percent rate. Mark Remington negotiated this transaction.

Prizm Asset Management Co. appointed Fameco Real Estate as the exclusive leasing agent for three Pennsylvania malls. The malls include the 563,744-sq.-ft. Mall at Steamtown in Scranton, the 372,128-sq.-ft. Reading Mall in Reading and the 402,440-sq.-ft. Lebanon Valley Mall in Lebanon.

David Cronheim Mortgage Corp. secured a $17.4 million loan for a 93,068-sq.-ft. retail and office center in Holmdel, N.J. The loan featured a 6.32 percent rate, a 10-year term and a 25-year amortization schedule. Andrew Stewart and Dev Morris negotiated this transaction.
