The Mills Corp. names new general manager of Franklin Mills

Arlington, Va. – Locally based The Mills Corp. named Richard Kenwood as general manager of Franklin Mills, a 1.7 million-sq.-ft. enclosed retail center located in Philadelphia.
He succeeds Michael Salzman who accepted a position with The Mills Corp. as senior director, national main street retail programs. Kenwood previously served as the assistant general manager for Franklin Mills and property manager of Liberty Plaza.
