Regency Centers’ new vice president creates people services division

Jacksonville, Fla. – Locally based Regency Centers recently appointed Brian Fraser as vice president of the people services division for Regency's 380 employees.

According to Fraser, the new division will tackle several goals such as working to improve the employee experience through improved corporate communication and Web-based technology, increasing understanding of employee compensation packages, enhancing employee engagement and opportunity through traditional and online training, and educating employees on the company's new brand and image.
