Zseleczky appointed director of due diligence for Phillips Edison & Co.

Cincinnati – Locally based Phillips Edison & Co. appointed Theresa L. Moores Zseleczky director of due diligence. She will work out of the company’s acquisitions office located in Baltimore and will be responsible for all due diligence activities associated with the acquisition of anchored retail shopping centers. Previously, Zseleczky served as manager of due diligence and legal services for Corporate Office Properties Trust.
