Charleston, W. Va. – Thomas Bird has accepted the position of general manager for locally based Charleston Town Center. Most recently, Bird served as general manager of the Somerset Collection in Detroit. Prior to that, he was with Cleveland-based The Richard E. Jacobs Co., where he worked on Special Projects in the corporate office.
