Coyote Management names new general manager

Addison, Texas – Locally based Coyote Management LP named Larry Cocks as general manager of Sarasota Square Mall in Sarasota, Fla., which was acquired by Coyote December 1, 2000. The 896,000-sq.-ft. regional center is anchored by Burdines, Dillard’s, JCPenney and Sears.

Cocks has more than 25 years of experience in shopping center management. Most recently, he was the southwest regional director for First Union Real Estate Investment Trust and Zamias Services Inc.
