Jones Lang LaSalle to lease and manage Worcester Common Outlets

Atlanta – Locally based Jones Lang LaSalle has been awarded the leasing and management for Worcester Common Outlets in Worcester, Mass. by the shopping center’s owner, Times Square Real Estate Investors. Jones Lang LaSalle will begin leasing the center March 2, 2001 and assume full management on April 1, 2001.

Worcester Common Outlets is a 1 million-sq.-ft., two-level outlet center with capacity for 126 stores and a food court. The center is anchored by Bed, Bath & Beyond, Off 5th – Saks Fifth Avenue Outlet, Media Play, The Sports Authority and VF Factory Outlet.
