Opening: Fall 2009

Buzz: This open-air lifestyle center will be built around a seven-acre lake and will offer a combination of high-end specialty shops, bookstores, restaurants and entertainment options, as well as a power center component. When completed, the Pavilion at Port Orange is expected to become the regionally dominant center in southern Volusia County.
