Tanger breaks ground in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

Greensboro, N.C. – Locally Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Inc. and joint venture partner Rosen-Warren Development LLC, recently announced that construction has begun on the new 400,000-sq.-ft. Tanger Outlet Center in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
The modern design will feature a pedestrian friendly layout that will function as an open-air mall with covered and uncovered landscaped courtyards and park-like settings throughout the complex. The center is scheduled to open in summer 2002.
