Paul Gainer, senior vice president and general manager of Disney Stores North America, talks about the performance of the company’s new concept and the firm’s plans to roll out its new design across the globe. By the end of 2011, the specialty retailer will have 60 new concept stores in 16 major markets in North America and eight countries.
