2010 Top 100 Retail Real Estate Owners

Apr 8, 2010 10:04 AM

Our rankings are based on total retail GLA owned and managed in the U.S., as reported by companies. Respondents were asked to include GLA through Dec. 31 and report only retail GLA and only their percentage of ownership in joint ventures. A few companies did not respond to the survey and in these cases pertinent information was obtained from annual reports and Web sites, where possible.

If your company is not included in this year’s list and you think it should be, please contact david.bodamer@penton.com and ask that your firm be added to our database for next year’s rankings.
