More respondents have gotten back to us with information about their managed and owned portfolios. We've updated our annual rankings to reflect the addition of these companies. The new entries didn't change the top 10, but such companies as Benderson Development Co., Edens & Avant and THF Realty & Co. all rank in the new top 20. ...
