Retail Traffic’s Top Contractors 2010 listings look at the top contractors of retail shell and interior space. Little Rock, Ark.-based VCC has once again topped both the shell and interior space rankings for the fourth straight year. To see the rest of the companies and how they ranked, you can download a PDF that includes information on every contractor that responded to our survey, including how much shell space and interior construction the firms completed in 2009 and in the past five years combined, as well as total space each firm currently has under construction.
