Upstarts like Claddagh Irish Pub, Outback's Bonefish Grill and Ted Turner's Ted's Montana Grill doubled their sales or unit counts in 2004. The 10 fastest-growing restaurants, listed below, serve everything from corn beef and cabbage to bison to ice cream to sub sandwiches, according to a survey by Technomic Inc. for Restaurant Business magazine.
