D.I.Y Home Warehouse closes three locations

Cleveland – Locally based D.I.Y. Home Warehouse Inc. plans to close its Brook Park, Medina and Mentor, Ohio locations. The company is closing its Mentor store to assign the lease rights to a third party.
The decision to close the Brook Park and Medina stores was based on disappointing sales and profitability levels as well as interest in the real estate of the two locations. Proceeds from the lease assignment and liquidated inventories will be used to reduce the balance on D.I.Y.’s revolving credit facility.
