Tax Holidays Are In

Four new states are adding sales tax holidays this year, according to CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business, upping the total to 13 states and Washington, D.C. The details vary, but most states' tax holidays run during the month of August and are targeted at back-to-school items such as school supplies, computers and clothing and footwear.
